Q: How many bows come in a Bowscription Box?
A: Our Bowscription Box will include at least 7 bows and surprise items.
Q: When does the Bowscription Box start shipping out?
A: All Bowscription Boxes start shipping on the 10th of the month. If the 10th falls on a weekend it will start shipping on that Monday. Your box could ship on the 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th etc. until all boxes are shipped.
Q: What is your cancellation policy on Bowscription Boxes?
A: You must cancel 3 business days BEFORE the 1st of the month. You may not cancel until after you receive your 1st box. If cancellation occurs after the 1st of the month, the cancellation will go towards the next month. Your first Box cannot be canceled, you may cancel after your first box.
Q: When does my Bowscription Box arrive after shipping out?
A: Standard Shipping through USPS is approximately 5-7 business days
Q: Can I choose my bows?
A: The Bowscription box comes with at least 7 surprise items you cannot choose the bows. You can choose the style of box either Kiddiez (Clips) or Litttez (Headbands)
Q: Is this a monthly charge?
A: Yes, this is an automatic monthly charge of $19.99 because it is a subscription unless you purchase a multi-month then it will automatically charge after the multi-month for the same mult-month duration.
Q: What size bows come in a Bowscription box?
A: Bowscription boxes both Kiddiez and Littlez will have an assortment big and small bows of various sizes and styles.
Q: When am I charged the reoccurring subscription cost of $19.99?
A: On the 1st of every month.
Q: I have the emailed tracking information but it isn’t moving, says unavailable can you tell me why?
A: Your package label with your address has been printed and you have gotten your tracking. Does not mean the package is at the post office just yet. The same tracking will update very soon after.
Q: Can I switch my box to the other type option box you offer?
A: Yes, you can. Please just allow 5 business days prior to the 1st of the month. We recommend even letting us know longer than that when you want to switch because we do sell out quickly and boxes do sell out.
Q: Can I get both Clips and Headbands in 1 box?
A: No. We offer 2 types of boxes you can get clips or headbands or if you need both you can get 2 boxes.
Q: If I order 2 boxes will they be the same?
A: If you order Kiddiez and littlez some will be the same but others may not. If you order 2 kiddiez or 2 littlez your boxes will be the same.
Q: Are the boxes holiday themed?
A: All the items in the box WILL NOT be holiday themed. However, there may be 1 or 2 items that may have a holiday theme on them.
Q: Do I need to purchase a BowBox or expedited shipping?
A: No please do not purchase those, they will be refunded. Bows are shipped after the 10th no matter what and the Bowscription Box items already come in a box.
Q. Will I still receive Member Benefits after I unsubscribed?
A. No, once you cancel your Bowscription Membership you will no longer receive any member benefits.
Q. If I subscribed at a promotional price or a special offer and I decide to cancel will I be able to get that offer again?
A. If the offer is available yes if not no it is only what is available.
Q.If I cancel the old Bowscription Box v1 will I be able to re-subscribe?
A. No, The old Bowscription Box v1 has been discontinued and all new subscribers must purchase the Brand New Bowscription Box v2 Sweet Dreams.
Q. I have the old bowscription box how long will I be locked in for?
A. Currently, there is no set expiration when it will go up if you are grandfathered in. Once you cancel you cannot resubscribe to the old box because it will be discontinued.
