Returns and Exchanges


It is at Bargain Bows sole discretion to accept any returns or exchanges. If you feel you have received a wrong or defective product please reach out to us via email at with the full name, email address and the order number.


We will NOT accept returns unless you fill out this form.

We accept returns as long as you meet our guidelines:

  1. We must be contacted within 3 business days of delivered item(s)
  2. When contacting, please provide with order number and reasoning.
  3. If product price value is over $100.00, there will be a 20% restocking fee. All Custom Bundles will have a 20% Restocking fee.
  4. We are not liable for any packages that where delivered to the correct address provided and are claiming it was never received, once the package goes out of our hands, its up to USPS to deliver and respond to any issue relating to delivery.
  5. Item(s) that are Super Bargains or current promotion item(s) will only be refunded the price during that sale.
  6. Item(s) that are non-seasonal or seasonal must be unopened/unworn and returned within 14 days of purchase.
  7. Once Items are received we will inspect them and after they get approved, a refund to your original method of payment will be issued.
  8. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees incurred to return item(s).
  9. Original shipping is not refunded.
  10. Item(s) purchased with a promotional code for a percentage off are not refunded at full price.
  11. We will not take back items that have been worn/used/decorated/glued/washed, crafted with, etc. Please check your items as soon as you receive them.
  12. We will not accept any returns due to not being "True to color" or "too big for Babies head". Please check our color charts and our measurements. If the PMS colors are needed please email us before placing order.
  13. Orders that are refused after we have shipped or are returned to us because you were unavailable for delivery or didn't pay customs are treated and processed as returns, shipping charges have been incurred and therefore shipping is not refunded.
  14. Orders that are returned to us with insufficient addresses or incorrect addresses are treated and processed as returns if we are unable to get a hold of you to obtain accurate shipping information and payment for reshipping charges.
  15. Bow Boxes are non-refundable items.
  16. Insurance is non-refundable.

Bowscription Box

Your 1st shipment of the Bowscription Box cannot be cancelled. Afterwards, you can cancel at any time. Please note monthly boxes are shipped on the 10th of every month. If you want to cancel it will need to be done before the 10th. No additional costs for cancelling. No returns will be accepted on any Bowscription Box products.


Currently we do not allow exchanges for any item(s). If an item(s) was ordered wrong, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel the order and make a new one with the correct item(s). If your wrong order has been delivered please contact us within 3 business days and read our returns section above. For exchanging a damaged/defective item(s) please read below.

    Defective/ Incorrect Items

      1. Damaged/defective item(s) are refunded for original purchase price only.
      2. We must be contacted within 3 business days of delivered item(s) with picture of the product on a white background.
      3. When contacting us, please provide us with your email, order number and full name associated with the order.
      4. If your claim is in regards to incorrect size, we would need to be presented with a measurement picture of the width of the ribbon.
      5. Please note all of our bows are hand-made and there will be a small percentage some may contain defects. We try our best at making everything boutique quality but at bargain prices!

      Canceling Order

      If order needs to be cancelled anytime after it is placed on our website, we have a right to charge a 20% restocking fee to cancel your order. In order to avoid this restocking fee please send us an email at within 30 minutes of placing your order.


      Due to the high influx of orders increase and limited employee availability from Covid-19, there are expected delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding. The USPS service is committed to delivering your package as soon as they can.

      Here at Bargain Bows we are working very hard on getting your Bargain Bows order out as quickly as possible. But just like every company, we have processing times. Domestic: Our current turnaround time for ready to ship orders are 2-3 business days. For custom orders such as all our wood panel hairbow holders, our Minnie mouse ears, our shirts, custom printed hairbows, custom made hairbows, custom printed ornaments and anything that may require to add a name will be shipped within 7-14 business days. Please be aware that additional shipping times for your order are also depending on what USPS service you pick. Once we ship your package out, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact your local USPS and have your tracking number ready. We highly recommend purchasing the shipping insurance to avoid any mishaps. If you need your order Rushed please purchase the EXPEDITED PROCESSING option and then choose the EXPRESS shipping option at checkout. If you need would like to get it Rushed with just Priority shipping please select the Expedited Processing & Priority Shipping at checkout.
